Perfectionism & People-Pleasing Therapy in Texas (Telehealth)

Support for self-criticism, guilt, over-responsibility, and the pressure to get it “right”

Perfectionism and people-pleasing often look like being responsible, dependable, and high-achieving. But internally, they can feel like constant pressure, fear of disappointing others, and never feeling “good enough.”

Therapy can help you reduce self-criticism, strengthen boundaries, and build a healthier relationship with achievement—so your life isn’t run by guilt, fear, or performance.

Healing Is a Journey LLC provides therapy through secure telehealth for clients physically located in Texas at the time of session.
